Directly modulated 25Gbps DFB edge emitting laser diode chip from 1270nm~1330nm wavelength with operating temperature range up to +75°C. Product is available as tested die. All laser chips come from wafers that have been certified using a representative lot of devices that must achieve an accep yield for burn-in.
